The website was easy to use and I even called the number to verify the motor shown was the one I needed. Sales agent was very courteous and patient with me. My experience so far has been a positive one. As of this point I would definitely refer anyone I knew.

MyReputation.com Engine was delivered in time frame promised, even though it was the last day of the 7-10 period. Engine arrived in good condition. Installed engine which ran fine. No engine noises, doesn't smoke, has good compression, idles smoothly. Only drawback was it took a couple attempts from sales to get a response on delivery. Shipping dept. was prompt on inquiry response and sent shipping info requested. Satisfied with engine and response from shipping. Ordering was easy.

MyReputation.com How can I give a fair feedback when I haven't even gotten a tracking number or even a status report about the engine I bought and paid for on July 8th. Today is July 22nd and still no response from you. I know that there is a 10 to 14 day or more to delivery weekends not inclueded. So one question I have is? When the engine arrives I have to install it in 10 days. Is that 10 working days (Monday thur Friday) like your policy is for shipment. Thank U

MyReputation.com The ordering process was exceptional. Very easy to use. The shipping process was sporadic. Kept getting different information when I called. The condition of the motor left some issues. Had to replace a manifold bolt because to was broke. And the wiring looked like a rats nest. So much for quality control. Other then all that the motor runs fine.

MyReputation.com the ordering process was simple even for an (old) school viewer, uncomplicated steps to find the right size and age appropriate I was looking for, and the phone conversation with Lisa to order the engine only took a couple of minutes, she answered all my questions without being vague, now just waiting for the Tracking number of engine shipment, I surveyed previous reviews and a week wait seems to be normal since they are a search firm.

MyReputation.com Part was as described, but delivered with fluid in it. Bothe the R&L delivery driver and myself ended up taking a tranny fluid bath in the the street while unloading. Time from placing the order to the day the Carrier actually picked it up was a bit longer than expected. (possibly a delay there due to Covid) An update during that waiting period would have been nice though. Other than that, they delivered the correct part in good condition at a fair price.

MyReputation.com The ordering process was simple and I spoke with a representative as well. I asked for the VIN number for the engine I purchased and was transferred to a man who said he will get it. He said to please hold and would be back in a couple of minutes. After holding for 55 minutes, I hung up the phone. I did not receive the VIN or a return call. I'm left feeling skeptical and uncertain about dealing with this company. :(

MyReputation.com The agent receiving the order should give more detail on what order processing means that once it is through processing the order will then be shipped and you will receive your tracking information by email. Better communication with the customer will give them a better understanding.
