The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful through the ordering process. It was a quick seamless order. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 since I called today to ask about the status of my order and was immediately placed on hold numerous times and wasn't able to speak with anyone after I asked about the status. However, with that said leading up to that point I experienced user friendly customer support from the parts department, they also answered some questions I had to help alleviate some hesitation or concern I may have had. -Robert

The ordering was very easy, I explained to the salesperson what I needed. I had a response in just a few minutes with a quote. The engine I needed was a 2007 GMC 5.3 low mile (67000) with warranty with the eighth digit " M " in the vin number. I placed the order. This will arrive in short order. Everything is looking well. I should have my truck back on the road in no time. Thanks for the quick response.

I haven't received the engine yet. Ordered 2wks ago. I also haven't received any shipping information.

While the transaction for the purchase went smoothly until I have the work completed I will reserve judgement and review. Hope to receive my purchase soon and get back to driving. Thank you your professional handling of my purchase .

So far so good. Need to know when my engine is shipped

The ordering process was easy and I had no issues. My only concern was not receiving an email when my engine was delivered. The shop where I had it delivered didn't tell me it had arrived and I was waiting for it when it was sitting there for two weeks. There is no way I can have it installed within the ten days required for the warranty as it was there and I didn't know.

I bought the engine on Dec 9th 2021. Its Dec, 16th. Still didnt receive confirmation # or tracking number yet. Will update the review after i receive the engine.
