Ordering was easy and the customer service helpful. I only ordered 3 days ago, and I have had a few communications from them already, updating me on the process. I haven't received the motor yet. After ordering but before the purchasing was complete I was notified that the motor needs to be installed within 10 days of receipt and that the timing belt will need to be replaced with receipt of service filed with Quality in order for the warrantee to be honored. I hope that my mechanic can schedule this before this 10 day expiration - seeing that we are unsure of when it will be delivered.

The ordering process was excellent. Within minutes I was able to select the desired engine and received immediate notification of order acceptance. It is important from a customer service perspective to keep customers informed of process development when delivery is delayed. A useful suggestion may be to provide a follow up status notification after 7 business days.

Ordering on line was easy. I haven’t received the engine yet but did talk to the parts department and they were able to answer all my questions. They were very friendly and helpful.

Got what I ordered. Took a while to receive but since this had to be coordinated with different places across the country it should be expected.

ORDERED AND RECEIVED ENGINE IN TWO WEEKS. FILED WARRANTY AND INSTALLED ENGINE WITHIN 10 DAYS AS PER WARRANTY LIMITS. ENGINE IS RUNNING WELL. CORRECT ENGINE WAS SENT, TRACKING THE SHIPMENT WAS MADE EASY. PERSONELL WAS HELPFULL WITH SALES, TRACKING THE ENGINE , AND WITH FILING THE WARRANTY, ASKING FOR A REVIEW ON SALES ONLY WORRIED ME BUT THINGS WORKED OUT WELL.

I see a lot of bad reviews and I feel for them people cuz I've had bad experiences elsewhere so I understand... I must have gotten lucky cuz I got a engine for a 2009 Lincoln MKS and it purrs like a new engine.... Idk much about engine but I know the one I got runs beautifully
