The ordering process was simple and easy to navigate online. The engine arrived within the time period they stated in good condition. My mechanic installed it a couple of days later with no issues. Only drove it a few miles from the shop to home but so far so good.

I found Quality Engines to be very prompt, professional, and responsive. They immediately identified what I needed and sent me a perfect match within minutes. The order process was very simple and easy, and was completed within minutes. I also potentially complicated matters by requesting that my engine be shipped to a different location than my billing address, but again, no problem at all and done very quickly. The only issue I had was that their initial offer pro-actively invited me to make a reasonable counter offer if I needed to and it would be considered. In light of the fact that this engine is 15 years old and it uses exclusively premium gas, now at $4.50 plus per gallon, I made what thought was a very reasonable counter-offer, but they would only reduce it by $100.00. Other than that, I would have given then the full 5-star rating!

I placed an order April 1 and have called several times to get an update and still don't know the status of my order. I've been told it's on the pallet and ready to ship and that someone will notify me once there is a tracking number but no one ever calls me back to let me know when I should expect it to be shipped. I understand that things take time but I would appreciate being kept informed especially after paying $1500 for the item.

I haven't received my engine yet, but I guess I can do a review. It was fairly easy to work on the website to get the engine paid for. I think a week & a half is a little long to get a tracking #, which I still haven't received one.
