MyReputation.com waited on engine for almost a month. They kept telling me it would ship. It never did. I guess they are selling engines they don't have. After a month I asked for a refund so they sent me a cancellation authorization. money was not refunded so I called to check on it and kept getting hung up on. so if you have an extra $2000 let them have it. if not do not do business with these people. So here I am 5 weelks later no money and I still have a truck that needs repair.

MyReputation.com I give 5 stars for the way that this bunch of LIARS rip people off. DO NOT fall for this SCAM they will tell you that you will get an engine with only 60k miles on it, but what you will get is a pile of junk with about 260k miles on it. Look for yourself go to YOUTUBE look at KSHB 41 news report on Quality Used Engines and Southwest Engines, that will answer all of your questions about this junk yard. Sancho will hang up on you if you try to question him, look at Google reviews, Trustpilot, Yelp, and BBB. If you try to leave a review less than 4 stars their web site reputation.com will not post it, it will be kicked out. Don't take my word look for yourself but don't say I told you so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MyReputation.com Tracking of parts during the shipping process would be a good idea, and helpful for the customer. I can not comment on the customer service, as I ordered online. And I can not comment on the quality of the parts as I just ordered the parts a few days ago.

MyReputation.com So far so good on ordering the motor. Still no tracking number waiting on the engine so it can be put in as soon as I get it. Then afterwards I Will leave a review on how it arrived and runs

Trustpilot they sent me a motor. I had it installed and it ran great. delivery was on time motor was in great condition for the $1,400 I payed. I'm a happy costumer.

MyReputation.com I may change this rating depending on WHEN I get my engine. Ordered almost 20 days ago and each time I call I am assured it is getting checked, then it’s being sharing wrapped then that it will be picked up from the shipper Friday. Always Friday. Well, the CS people are polite but non informative and trying to get a manager in shipping is like hens teeth. Just wish they would be more transparent that 7-14 days is not correct…

MyReputation.com Ordering a engine was easy. However after I entered all the information and clicked order the web page vanished. So.... I didn't know if the order was received. I finally got a email but no tracking number or other info except that it would be coming in 5-7 days. Still waiting.

MyReputation.com I think the core price is to much. And a good practice will be helping customer to make arrangement for the return part. This keep customer happy and willing to continue doing business with you. Also I have not have a tracking number since then for my order.
