Still waiting for tracking number and engine but so far not bad ordering process very simple and the lady that took my order was very nice

Service was great just waiting on the tracking to see when the engine will arrive

So far so good. Staffseem friendly we shall see what i feel when the engine finally shows up

Motors a perfect fit we in and out in a day and not a bad wait to get it

The entire process was very easy and customer service was outstanding. We haven't received the engine we purchased as of yet, so review will be completed at that time.

The ordering process was super easy ordered the engine on Saturday and received my tracking information on Tuesday. Haven’t received the engine yet so hopefully everything else will go smoothly and the engine is in good shape. Giving 5 stars from the service I received so far will return when everything is completed and do another review.

I haven’t got the engine yet so I’m going to give another review. But as of now I’m satisfied

I made the purchase of a used 3.8L engine for a 1999 Ford Windstar LX in August of 2019. It had about 60,000 miles on it at that time. It was soon delivered and installed as specified and I have maintained the regular oil and filter changes. I questioned whether or not this would be the solution for me, partly because the source was out of state, and partly because this was a new experience. As it was I had few options. Nonetheless the personnel I questioned before making my purchase assisted me with the information and details in a reasonable amount of time via email. Anyhow, it is now 3/23/2023, just over 3.5 years after it was installed and it is purring along quite smoothly. In the time since the install, I note that I only drive about 10,000 to maybe 12,000 miles a year. So, I suspect that as long I keep up with the maintenance of the vehicle, all things being equal, I will have a good number of years in the future to use it.

I would like to see pictures of the actual engine/parts. But overall I'm satisfied.

I'm still waiting on my tracking number for my engine I ordered on Feb 14 after I receive my tracking number and product I will rate and give feed back.

I was very satisfied with the knowledge and experience in helping me find a replacement engine for my car. This company was excellent in supporting my needs and questions. They made the process easy and stress free for me and it wasn’t long the engine was shipped. I was able to see photos of the engine before I made payment which was very helpful.

They said that the transmission will arrive in 10 or 14 working days.?

Criminals. Sancho IS the refund guy, but he’ll pass you off to an imaginary Bill Jones phone machine saying that BJ is the refund manager, and you’ll never get called back. Been waiting several months for a refund on an engine I never got.
