The site was quick and easy, couldn't ask for more. I'll be using quality used engines again.

Everything about my order was excellent. Customer service was exact and easy. Shipment was fast with no problems. And warranty registration was quick and easy. I've never ordered anything like this online but Quality Used Engines made it easy and fast.

Ordering is easy and if you are low on cash, they have financing. Two things: (1) Wish I could get part quicker (can take 7-14days...or longer to get out of the door) and, (2) I could track the shipping directly from the site and not have to call.

Customer service was awesome! Communication back and forth was fast and very helpful. Most def spreading the word about you guys. Waiting on the shipping info and it’s been 5 days since I ordered my engine so let’s see how long it takes to get to me in nj being that it’s 7-14 days shipping.

Customer service each rime I called always seemed to be in a hurry to get the money and get off the phone. Also yall prices are higher then some of your competitors. I found after I purchased with yall a engine with 20,000 less miles and 400$ cheaper with the same warranty. Overall yall did get the order in. I'm currently waiting on shipment now. Thank yall

Website was very easy to use and checkout was a breeze.

I was holding off righting a review until I heard the engine start. Well Last night I finally got it up and running and I am pretty happy with it. I did have to transfer over a few sensors from the old engine, but that is to be expected with a used engine. I will say that I am very happy with what I got, and the time it took to get the engine to me. They said 7-14 days from ordering and I had it in 6. I hope to not need your service again, but If I do need another engine or transmission, I will look to you guys again.

I recently purchased one of your engines for my ‘08 ram 3500. The service the salesman gave me was exceptional. Very helpful. Everything was explained to me clearly. They told me my engine would be received in 14-20 days, which is perfect. Received my tracking number a couple days after my purchase. Overall very happy with the service I received

I’am giving a five rating for the ordering part was great ,but we will see how the shipping part goes, last time I ordered a engine from a different company one month later no engine and just excuses for not shipping it . We will see how long it takes you guys.
