Ordering process was easy. Communication was good. Was assigned a tracking # and shipping was estimated to be 14 days, but engine arrived 10 days from order placement. Sales dept assured me there 57 +/- miles on the engine. I did receive an early quote for $3800 but with a core charge, came in at $4200. Placed my order for $4200, but there was no mention of the core charge on the invoice. Would rate it a 5, but the engine is currently being installed. Once I get feedback from the shop, I can adjust rating up or down. Overall, a good experience so far.

I ordered my engine online 7/26/23. I had a little bit of trouble with my debit card so I called them and the gentleman helped me out with no trouble at all. It was a very quick process. The only issue I have is I have not received my tracking number for shipment. I hope my engine is shipped soon.Thx

Process was easy and fast!

I was placing my order online on 7/27 and was nearly done but the site kept telling me to "Enter a valid phone number" after I had already done so. I called the 877 number to see what I had overlooked. The fellow answered very promptly and told me to "X out of that" and he would take my order over the phone, which he did in short order. He was friendly, professional and worked quickly to place my order in the system. I soon received an invoice, which I signed and returned. Now I'm just waiting for the shipping notice.

I have read all reviews and i have to has anyone recived there product? I was was told 7days to ship I hope so sure would like to get home in south dakota So far they have been good with communication

Iam not ready to give full review yet since I have not recived my product yet However I am giving you a 4 star rating on proper communication. I will review more when or if iget my engine very soon. (Still stranded)

So fat I've had great experience.. they g Had my engine the financing was great. Buy I still haven't got anything but this survey from them. I'm hoping to get a tracking number soon. Then I can give a real review... hope it's soon. Car is down sitting there waiting for engine... been almost two weeks but there was a holiday in there so hopefully I get something very soon.

Shipping times are definitely something they could work on, otherwise shipping and customer service super helpful and knowledgeable, once I got tracking number I received engine with in 24hrs. Mechanic installing engine as we speak.

I really can't say much at the moment other then it was very easy to place a order for a engine, but I have not received any kind of a confirmation email or nothing saying when I should expect the engine nothing at all other then this survey ask me again after I receive the motor.

The ordering process was easy and quick. The financing that was available was easy to apply for. So far it has been a 5 star process. Just waiting on my tracking information now.

The financial aid person was extremely rude. He was short with me and acted like he had better things to do other than help me. I don't know if I will do business with this company again after my engine is paid off.

Still waiting for tracking #, I have called and they have been very nice when talking to them and friendly.

They make it simple to get the part you need and the financing is a Godsend

To be honest I'm not very disappointed but I am disappointed the first time that I ordered the guy who was taking my order had a very bad attitude and he canceled my order after he didn't want to explain to me the procedure of me verifying my car wants I had ordered my part because it wasn't from the same cuty as my mailing address I still haven't got my motor yet it's been 16 days and nobody has any confirmation of when my product is supposed to be shipped. But in all fairness they did say it usually takes 7 to 14 business days so I will wait longer I give them two stars for effort

Very professional and extremely helpful. Have received several updates from company since I ordered engine. Easy pay system also 10 stars so far .I will add more info after I receive engine.
