It was super simple to get a quote on line. I called and spoke with Lisa about the two options that were available on the quote. She explained things so that I could understand them and the $ were reduced from the quoted amount. I discussed my options with my mechanic and called Lisa back with my choice. It was easy

I was so happy to find s&w as I needed an engine. The write up on your blog convinced me. However, in speaking to your staff is a different story. I thot when I paid yall wld b happy to expedite. Not the case after trying for 2 business days & today, Monday, I finally spoke to shipping & trackin who sounded as if lunch was w a bong. Says, looks like they're workin on it. What does that mean. Workin to ship out. What, u've been paid since the 9th of Dec. I know yall are gonna b all Christmassy @ work this week, yeas probably. I was expecting for engine to arrive at given mechanics shop 2moro. Isnt engine ready to b shipped when purchased? Can u expedite this Wont matter now-nobody's gonna recv or work on iy. Rental car fees have taken all my gift money. Now everyboDDT y's gonna say ,'you dont have your car yetzx! Crap

Ordering engine was really easy...waiting for it to arrive.

I purchased a used 7.3 idi Ford/Navistar diesel engine for my truck and want to say after installation it runs great surprisingly isn't using oil. I had to replace the injection pump which was bad. I also replaced the water pump, flywheel, clutch, water pump and the usual stuff when doing and engine swap. I'm very happy with my purchase and recommend Quality Used Engines.

Had what I was looking for and processing my order was easy. Waiting for engine to be shipped.
