MyReputation.com Yes, we would send other customers to QUE! In fact our Grandson bought an engine from them and that is how we knew to make contact in the first place. Haven't received the product yet, but I have no doubt it will be timely and in good shape or they will make it good.

MyReputation.com engine was purchased and waited a week to hear about shipping. Seems that if you don't look at your e-mail, then you might as well keep waiting. Had to make another call to actually get it shipped. WHY? They had the money, they had the address and they had my number. How about calling ME?!!? Still waiting for the engine. 10 days and nothing yet.

MyReputation.com Finding the engine and getting my quote was easy! Ordering, again a snap, salesperson was courteous and friendly. Make sure you raise your limit ahead of time on your card temporarily for this purchase, or your card could be denied, until it is. Even that was a fairly simple process though! Hoping my order is processed, shipped and arrives just as quickly and efficiently!

MyReputation.com The engine I ordered was correct replacement for my car. Communication leaves a little bit. But all in all everything went according to what they said it would be. I would use them again if need arises.

MyReputation.com The sales process was amazingly easy and quick!! The sales rep was knowledgable and easy to work with. However, I was promised tracking upon shipment and despite 3 calls and over 3 weeks, I never received tracking. The engine did finally deliver, but the promises made regarding all communications after the sale fell through the cracks. The delivery delay is acceptable as it took place during Covid, my disappointment is with the lack of tracking detail.
