Great customer service but I haven't got a tracking number for my order yet

I ordered my engine on April 3 2020. They said it would ship 7-14 days. I haven'e received any communication from them. Called them around April 15 2020. They said it would ship by the end of the week. still haven't gotten any info.

Good Service

The ordering process was very easy and worked well. The delivery process not so good. Originally I was told 7 to 10 business day. It has now been 4 weeks since I ordered my engine and still have not received it nor have I received any communication on when I might receive it.

Service was okay. Gave me info. Very fast. Probably very busy.

Only one of few places that provide warranty. Just waiting on my engine, powerstroke 6.0 turbo-diesel. Pretty good customer service so far. I will let you guys know after I test my truck. Thank you!!!

ordered engine. got info on delivery eta, etc. am very pleased with QUE's prompt response. Will use QUE whenever I need a used engine or transmission!

Ordered Engine near end of February. Have not received any worthwhile correspondence from company ordered from except for me to rate order process. Yes, you guys get 5 stars for taking my money and then telling me under normal circumstances I will receive ordered Engine in 7-14 business days. But, when ordering process should include a possible shipping eta how can I accurately provide a rating?

People are very polite and very professional.

My Mechinic just finished up on my NISSAN Maxium SL and it runs awesome. The only issue is the shipping process.i never got no feedback until it was delivered but should have received a tracking number much earlier. We had major oil leaks but we replaced all gaskets and now it does awesome. Also motor was never pressure wash as described but I’ll take care of that. I will by again from quality engines and I will let everyone know that gets in my tow truck that needs a motor or transmission to call or get in touch with quality engine..
