After waiting weeks for a inspected cleaned engine. What I received was a old junk core engine that had parts corroded and seized. Truck has been in the lift being charged due to no engine now getting a engine that needs a rebuild. Crooks. Stay far away. They go by several different names look them up on ripoffreport.com this is what they do. Engine was shipped and bough from a junk yard they never even had it cleaned or inspected it. They delete bad reviews on there Facebook and on here if the stars are low. Now 6k in on a used engine and about 2k more to spend. No warranty coverage either. Scam alert. Received a junk engine. Never got tracking info for weeks. Said it was in there internal inspection and cleaning process. Received a nasty core engine. Filthy broken and not running. Very rude ignorant management. Scam artist. They have a bad history threw other names they use.

They block all reviews under 3 stars. They delete bad reviews. They are scam artist. You want a non running junk engine for 1500 you came to the right place. But better get gloved it’s greasy nasty and non running. Stay far away from them. Ripoffreport has thousands of complaints.

Just ordered a week ago. So far the responses have been mainly automated so it is hard to determine a true quality review until the final product has been delivered and the warranty is in place.

Customer Service was great. No problem in ordering what I needed. Received e-mails promptly. Waiting for shipment now.

Purchasing online was a breeze and received invoice . As of now, it is too early to receive shipping info. Once item is received will leave another comment. So far so good

The ordering process was easy and efficient. A friendly agent answered all of my questions and I was given the price I had been quoted. The order was placed 48 hours ago and the engine still hasn't shipped, so I hope I will not have to retract this excellent rating, which I will if it does not ship soon or does not meet my expectations.

Due to conditions of my work schedule and the arrangements with the mechanic that will install the engine, time is of the utmost of importance. The delay will make it hard for the installation to be performed in the time given on the terms of service. So my request is that it be considered when I finally receive the engine. Other than that I am trusting that is considered once the engine is received.

Not quite sure just yet...I've not received the engine I purchased so I can only comment on email responses to my inquiries...and they're not favorable at this point. I requested a callback as my order was being processed...I received no call...I called about a question regarding status of delivery and was cut off short and forwarded to the wrong department...as for the overall experience...I can only say a timely delivery, and a reliable product will offset my experience(s) up to this point.

On 5 Dec 2019 I signed my invoice and was informed that my item would be shipped and recieved in 7 to 14 business days. I should have had it by the 20th. Here it is the 21st and I just now get an email stating that it shipped and may receive it the 27th. This is unacceptable! I was under the impression that this engine was in Wisconsin and also found out it was shipping from Virginia. Now this is making me wonder if it even has the miles as stated on it. The shipping wasn't even expedited, still standard shipping. One would figure for all the trouble of being left without and engine and my car still sitting at the Ford dealership, the shipping could at least be upgraded. Guess we will see what the engine looks like when received by Ford.

Your phone representative was courteous and efficient. I had some difficulty with the shipping charge addition on the website and caused me to enter twice and was double charged. However it was promptly corrected by a phone call to your customer service dept. Thank you.
