Very professional and helpful on the phone

Easy to work with

All my communication was by email. I found and ordered a transmission. Process was easy and fast. I'm also going to order a engine but holding off until I can get my questions answered on my first order. I would of given 5 stars if not for the fact of answering a order question I was just referred to a phone number for a different department to ask them. I feel the sales associate could of taken ownership and followed through with a solution

Ordered an engine for a 2011 Chevy Cruze and ordering it was one of the easiest things to do it was so easy until I ordered a second engine for a S500 Mercedes In less than 7 days and I am very pleased with the ordering process I am now waiting for the two engines to come so I can have them installed and the easy part is it's being delivered to the mechanic shop which saves me a lot of time and effort trying to get it to his shop I am very happy with the service that I've gotten from you. Online ordering was easy, however I should have called to get more details about the engine which had to have many things changed to adapt to my truck. When they said if your short on money, make an offer, they wouldn't accept any of my offers. The 7-14 days to ship, I thought was how long it would take to get the engine, but it's the time it takes them to prepare the engine to be shipped. They didn't communicate well, even when I called for status of my order. The engine I received had a cracked manifold and had to be replaced. I would suggest you do due diligence before your purchase.

For the Price and the warranty it’s a good deal. Shipping is slow, there isn’t an option to get the engine faster other than calling and asking them to put a note on the order as “Customer needs ASAP”. The representative I spoke to (Gabe) was polite and transparent about all of my questions. I would add an additional star to my rating if I had access to the status of my engine throughout the ordering process from being fulfilled at the warehouse all the way to arriving to its final destination.

I was given the info on a needed engine, with a return of a quote price very quickly. The follow up was good, & was told I would receive an E-mail as to shipping time & date. I was surprised; I had to call the company several times to get E-mail & tracking number I was promised! Ordered & paid for engine on 3/20/2019; just received engine on 4/16/2019. I thought it would arrive sooner.

I ordered the engine a week ago, the price and guarantee seemed great. I received an email confirming my order and promised me a tracking number. The engine was to arrive in 7-14 business days but after a week I have not received any further information or a tracking number. So outside of the ordering process I cannot give any review of the service or quality of products.
