I bought a used Hundai Elantra motor from you recently. It came as ordered. I wanted to make sure it was clean inside the pan, so I took the pan off and also removed a rod and main cap to look at the journals. They looked like new. I also removed the head to see what shape the cylinders were in. They were good with no ridge at the top. I had a machine shop do a valve job on the head and then had a mechanic friend put it all together and he helped me install the engine too. I installed a new timing belt and water pump too. It started right up and ran really good. I am satisfied with the condition the engine was in. I am now looking forward to doing the same to the 2004 Neon engine I just purchased from you. It hasn't arrived yet but I am confident it will as I was told. I hope you will include the compression check record for it as you promised to do.

Been 15 days since I ordered and no engine. They didn't disclose at the time of purchase that the warranty is only valid if the engine is installed within 10 days of receipt. Still taking a risk that the engine works as advertised. If it does, or doesn't, I'll submit another review.

Getting a quote for a specific engine was a very good experience considering I never had to do this before. Placing my order was also very user friendly. My only concern was that they did not provide me with a VIN# or where the engine was coming from. After calling them for the information, they did provide me with an email address to send my request to. It has been 4 days since my request and have not received a response. One would think that this information would be readily available considering that I ordered a specific engine with X-amount of miles on it.

Service was great, very helpful and courteous. Ordering process was simply and fast. No shipping confirmation yet, ordered my motor less than a week ago.

Ordering was easy and quick. I'd call or email them and they would answer phone really quick or reply to email in 5 min or less. I've called shipping department and you can call them for days and no one will answer. Got some one to answer once and they said the motor was in "quality control" and could be there for up to ten days. I'm keeping fingers crossed it shows up by the 14 days instead of them saying it "could take up to 14 days and if not it will take long."

Very simple to deal with, seem to care enough to make sure what you are ordering is correct for you.

Well we bought an engine for our Volvo the staff was courteous and friendly.

I ordered my engine on 8/2/2018 customer service was very helpful and friendly but never received any updates on my engine after I ordered The last update I received it said it was in processing still waiting on a tracking number or a update to tell me it has been shipped

I ordered my engine last Thursday but hadn’t got any tracking info.

I have ordered two engines in the past few months . The first one, for my Jeep, looked like a new engine when it arrived. It was very clean and when my tech installed it he told me it started with little effort. I've put over 1700 miles on it already towing a sailboat for 900 of those. Runs great. Soon we will receive a new one for my daughter's Explorer. I'm expecting as good an experience with this one.

So far the service has been good I will give five a stars if the engine is delivered in the the time frame given and it is off the quality promised
