I have not receive the engine yet, since was purchased last week, but so far the buying process was smooth and easy.

The ordering process was very easy. I did receive a follow up email informing me of my order status.

All my transaction we're done over the phone. Got a quote on an engine real quick. Will fill out more when I get the motor and see what shape it's in

you have good service you take your money right away but you don't send out engine it's been almost a week since you took your money out an you haven't send my engine out

I received a quote that said the engine is in stock. I purchased the engine on Saturday February 10, 2018. I called back on Monday February 12,2018 to get an estimated shipping and delivery date. I left a message for Joe at extension 2602 and never received a return call after waiting a few hours. I called back later the same day and talked with a man of Middle Eastern dissent. He was very rude, curt, and advised me I would receive notification of shipping when they get the engine. I think the company is not stocking the engines as they advertise which lends credibility to other reviews complaining of long delivery times or no delivery at all.

We received very prompt and courteous service.

Customer service was great.Ordering was easy. Order Date: 01/16/2018, didn't receive until 02/01/2018. Motor was put in and received the Jeep today, very pleased and thankful.

Seems to take a while to get my engine as i paid for it back in January and i still have not received it. Just hope that the engine i paid for justifies the wait. Sorry ,i am just anxious to get my car running again. good communication and looking forward to getting my product. Thanks
