Excellent Transaction Great Motor

Very helpful and efficient. When the engine was ordered it came very quickly and in excellent shape. The customer rep was able to help me with all of my questions as well

I don't know how to rate you. I ordered a motor about a week ago and have no idea when it will be delivered. Seems as though tracking should start sooner

Ordering was easy, took 22 days to arrive. Supposed to have 51,000 on the motor. When I received the motor, it never looked very good, had rust on it and not very complete. They had painted it with spray cans. The motor with 96,000 miles that I am pulling look better than the 51,000 motor I received. We will see how it runs. Right now very skeptical on the motor. Usually serpentine belt pullys have better bearings at 51,000. Honestly looks like it has been sitting outside for a while. Was not in a crate, just fastened on a pallet and stretch wrapped. Will see how it works. Didn't feel the motor wasn't as described.

I was skeptical of the online searching for something as critical at a replacement engine. I am still waiting on a tracking # which I hope to have inside of the next week. But specifically to address the questions in this review.. Was the... Agent Courteous and Helpful? This part I would describe as mediocre, as I seemed to be bothering the agent with my call. He was neither warm nor cold, just very matter of fact and did not give me a warm feeling about this purchase. Instant Online Quote form easy to use? This part would be 5 stars and very easy and informative. Agent/website was helpful in finding the right engine for you? Once again the agent here was not engaged in the process. He was just pushing through the call. Order process simple/easy-to-use? This almost seemed too easy. I will feel better and more trusting once the engine arrives here.

Haven't received the engine yet, but the ordering was nice and easy, sales rep very friendly and informative, invoicing seems to have worked. Along with a great warrantee, hopefully things work out great!

Process seemed easy and was very timely. Still eaiting for the tracking number verification. Have to see if the shipper can narrow down a delivery date and time!

So far so good let's see when the engine comes then email me back in about 7 to 10 days

It was very easy to deal with this company. They answered every question I threw at them. They seem to want to make you comfortable and with the 50,000 mile / 5 year warranty on the engine, I was a happy camper. They were professional from the start. I ordered my engine on a Saturday and received a couple of e-mails on Sunday letting me know that my order was placed and they asked questions that were pertinent to getting the correct engine. So far, I am glad I chose them. They were not the cheapest, but their service level made them the choice for me.

My Jaguar engine self disintegrated and I was at a loss as how I was going find an engine without mortgaging my home. I Googled jaguar engines and was fortunate to find a used engine that met my budget. Ordering on line was super simple, and the motor is on its way to my mechanic to be installed. This company saved my bacon, so far. Super easy to order, good Warranty, good price. I will follow up this review when the motor is installed.

I ordered an Engine for a 1997 Subaru Legacy OB which they had with low miles at a decent price, I ordered it on a Thursday so didn't expect any shipping ihfo until Wednesday of the following week, so far I haven't received the shipping info and it now Wednesday almost 7 days later.

Excellent costumer service, easy to set up my order, the only bad thing is that I set my order a week ago and I do not have any response about the shipping date.

It is very easy to find what you need and simple checkout. I'm just waiting on my motor to come in now

Took 27 days to receive the engine is my only gripe so far. Engine looks good but was missing more than just the alternator and starter. But I can use some parts from my bad engine. Communication I'd say is just so so, not bad but not good. Would buy again as long as I have a month to wait.

Quality Used Engines was so very easy to get a quote and ordering was even easier. It took a little longer than usual to receive my engine, but that was due to a thorough quality check to make sure my motor was a quality product. We had a little issue with the motor when received, but their Agent Scott was more than helpful. He responded quickly and went out of his way to make things right. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
