I have been running the engine I purchased from Quality Engines and have confidence in this engine. At this time I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a quality engine for there vehicle.

This experience so far has not been bad but because I don't know where we are in the process, I don't know yet if it is good either. Communication does not happen very quickly. I ordered my engine on the 11/29/2016 and today is 12/03/2016. Initially they offered a $50 discount by return email after I requested a quote. They acknowledged my order and requested the VIN and mileage. I just have not heard anything else since then and so really do not know where in the process we are or if my engine has been shipped yet. A better time for this review would be after I have received the engine.

The price was right, shipping was included and I have a new used engine with half the miles of my original engine! Great experience and purchase!

Service was good but it seems to take awhile for the part to ship , its been 5 days and it still hasn't shipped

I am less the 2 hours away from where my motor is being sent from. Yet still have not recieved motor, tracking info, ect. Nothing but excuses. Been told on three different occasions that i will have an email sent to confirm sent out date. But nothing yet.. this is day 10. Then I'm told 10-14 days before ship out, why isn't this clear on your site when ordering? Hope the motor is in good quality because so far customer service has been poor!!

I ordered the engine still have not recived tracking information. I hope the engine is what was promised. Replacing the engine cost is very close to what the car will be worth so hopeful things go smoothly.

be more specific on date parts leave the warehouse. it has been 10days and have not heard if my engine been shipped

I WAS WELL SATISFIDE WITH THE WAY YOU GUYS HANDEL MY MOTOR PROBLEM AND I WOULD RECOMMEND YALL TO ANY ONE WITH A MOTOR PROBLEM GLADE YALL COULD HELP ME OUT CAR IS RUNNING FINE.

I received the engine as ordered. If you are under a specific timeframe, make sure you get specifics regarding the actual delivery date. My mechanic commented that the engine (4.0L V6 for a '02 Ford Explorer) looked pretty good but it had some cold-weather wear and tear, which was probably expected due to the mileage (65k) and where the vehicle was driven. Overall I would recommend QUE and I would order one again from them if necessary.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done and the professionalism of the staff. The work was completed in a timely fashion and I was updated results in the process daily.

I was very pleased when i received the engine which came looking better than new even though had 40 plus k miles. I highly recomend the place and their offers.

Was very impressed with speed of delivery and quality of product. My engine arrived and at first I couldn't believe it was actually used. They must have painted it and cleaned it up very well I was impressed. On top of that warranty activation was so simple. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I was very pleased with the engine I purchased from you and also I was real impressed with customer service when I called in with my number for the delivery truck. Engine runs great it is real smooth and quite. my other one had a slapping sound inside.

I had no issues ordering the motor and the processing worked fine. There was a minor issue with the delivery where they needed to confirm with my mechanic however that was not stated to me until after the set delivery date. Finally after submission of my warranty I didn't receive a confirmation of the warranty's activation just an acknowledgment that I submitted the warranty request. Even after I sent an email requesting a confirmations weeks later. The feedback team helped me confirm my warranty this morning. Based on these issues I can't rate the service excellent however I can say I would order again from Quality Used Engines if the need arose.
